How far in advance should I order?

Sourdough takes time to ferment and rise properly, so please allow 48 hours for all standard orders.
For large or custom orders, please allow 72 hours.

Procrastinated and don’t have 48 hours?
Just reach out — we’ll see what we can do!

How long does your bread stay fresh?

Bread is always best fresh, but you can enjoy it within 3 days of the date printed on your package.

Storage:

• Keep in an airtight container at room temperature.

• If you won’t finish it in time, freeze it or repurpose it — wasting sourdough is a SIN. 😈

Are your products vegan?

Our classic sourdough bread is naturally vegan — just flour, water, and salt.
However, any added inclusions (cheese, butter, etc.) will make certain items non-vegan.

If you have specific questions, always feel free to reach out!

Do you offer gluten-free items?

Not at this time. All Diablo Dough products are made with my beloved sourdough starter, Sandra, who is built entirely from flour, water, and a very bold personality.

If we ever offer gluten-free or non-sourdough items in the future, this page will be updated — and we’ll make an announcement!

Do you bake everything yourself?

Yes! I’m the baker behind every loaf and treat.
I also have a partner who helps chop ingredients, clean dishes, and keep me sane during long bake days.

Together, we work out of our small home kitchen to bring you all the devilish delights you love.

Do you take custom requests?

Absolutely!
We love getting creative in the kitchen — send over your ideas or inspirations and let’s chat.

Do you collaborate with local businesses?

Yes! As a small business ourselves, collaborating locally is one of our favorite parts of the job.

We’ve worked with businesses on:
